The Research & Development Center strengthens the quality and authenticity of food products
worldwide by turning traditional knowledge and scientific expertise into practical formulations that
deliver measurable taste, safety, and consumer satisfaction.
Drawing on our team of five specialized engineers in food technology and chemistry, the Center create
practical, clean-label formulations for the meat processing industry, food manufacturers, and
households. All our solutions are crafted using innovative solutions and natural ingredients—herbs,
spices, and plant extracts. We support partners in the meat processing industry, food manufacturing,
and household markets to apply these natural formulations in diverse contexts, ensuring products are
evidence-based, consistently produced, and able to demonstrate clear, meaningful outcomes.
The Center pilot plant simulates real industrial production conditions, allowing us to test and validate
every formulation for scalability, stability, and performance before it reaches your facility. This demand-
driven approach ensures we solve real challenges: enhancing flavor, extending shelf-life naturally, and
meeting clean-label expectations.
